XI Reflection Forum

The Foundation, together with its Co-Presidents, the Mexican Embassy in Belgium, Luxembourg and the European Union, PPT CELAC, and European External Action Service (EEAS), with a speech by Rebeca Grynspan, Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), hosted the 11th EULAC Reflection Forum on 'Multilateralism and Bi-regional Partnership in the Face of the COVID 19 Crisis'. 

After an enriching plenary session, the participants divided into three working groups: the first on Instruments and procedures of contemporary multilateralism, moderated by Anna Ayuso (CIDOB) and Carlos Quenan (IdA), the second group debated the Economic effects of the crisis and how production is affected, moderated by Gerardo Caetano (Universidad de la República de Uruguay) and Detlef Nolte (DGAP) and the third one addressed the Bi-regional Agendas to face global challenges, moderated by José Antonio Sanahuja (Fundación Carolina) and Claudia Zilla (SWP).
