The Institute of the Americas (Institut des Amériques, IdA), in partnership with, amongst others, the Centre for Mexican and Central America Studies (CEMCA) is organising the 11th edition of its annual conference with the topic of “Women in the Americas” taking place from the 4th to the 6th December 2013 in Marseille, France.
The congress will analyse the continuities and changes in roles, identities and representations of women in the Americas. It will be held in English, French and Spanish and will lead to several international publications.
