The Congress, World power Brazil: opportunities and risks of an ascent, organised by the Karl-Renner-Institut and Lateinamerika-Institut, will take place in Vienna, Austria, between 4 and 5 October 2013.
The congress aims at analysing the economic, political and cultural power of Brazil, discussing the opportunities and risks associated with the country's rise, as well as exploring opportunities for cooperation with the European Union and in this regard, therefore with Austria.
