On 25th October, the Deputy Head of Strategic Affairs in charge of Chile, Paraguay, OAS, CELAC, UNASUR, MERCOSUR and AP of the Federal Foreign Ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany, Wiltrud Kern undertook a working visit to the Foundation Headquarters.
The visit took place within the framework of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Meeting and the XLVIII Senior Officials Meeting of the European Union and CELAC that is taking place in Santo Domingo.
During her visit to the foundation, the Deputy Head informed that the Federal Republic of Germany would sign the Foundation Act of the EU-LAC Foundation, so it can transform into an international organization.
