VIII Italian-Latin American and Caribbean Conference

The VIII Italian-Latin American and the Caribbean Conference is going to be held  in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in Rome. The Conference aims to evaluate the bi-regional cooperation,  the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development launched by the United Nations (UN), the potential to strengthen the ties between Italy and Latin America and the Caribbean to face common challenges and exchange experiences.

The EU-LAC Foundation President, Leonel Fernández Reyna and the Executive Director, Paola Amadei will participate in the Conference.

The Conference includes several Round tables about  the importance of the challenge of energy and its effect on connectivity and competitiveness among the continent, the contrast of corruption as factor of growth a well as the role of enterprises and the public administration.
