Therefore the fifth International Forum wants to address the structural issues of competitiveness and productivity of economies in the Latin American and Caribbean countries. In particular, the international experts will discuss the needs of Small and Medium Enterprises, which must play a central role in stimulating Latin America`s growth potential and creating higher quality jobs.
