Our Organisation is a non‑profit trade union, and is situated in the northern part of the country, one hundred and seventy‑three kilometres away from the capital, Managua. It comprises twenty‑three grassroots cooperatives located in forty‑five communities and five municipalities, constituting a total of two hundred and thirty‑two women working in these organisations.
