The institute for Latin American Studies of the Freie Universität Berlin organizes the symposium "Global History, Regional History, and Local History in Latin American: promise or danger? ". The symposium will be presented by Dr. Stefan Rinke, historian specialist in Latin American studies and president of "Asociación de Historiadores Latinoamericanistas Europeos" (AHILA).
