The Institut des Amériques, together with the EU- LAC Foundation, are pleased to organise this colloquium for the occasion of the Latin America and Caribbean Week in France. This event will be framed in the discussion of future necessary public policies to overcome city problems, the impact of the new technologies and the effect of globalisation on the development of cities. The aim of the discussion is to give answers to the rising problems on these matters.
