The EU-LAC Foundation and the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), in conjunction with FLACSO and the European External Action Service and Europe Aid, have published Summit Diplomacy: Challenges and Opportunities of the New Regionalisms as a result of a seminar held in February 2013 about the prospects for Summit diplomacy.
The present work, in Spanish only, gathers the presentations of the specialists and diplomats as well as the politicians and agencies or institutions that have participated in this meeting.
