The seminar ‘The Ball is Round`: Social and Economic inequalities on the amateur football field in Jamaica, is organised by William Tantam (Goldsmiths, University of London) in order to present the research that took place during 14 months about the ethnographic fieldwork in Black River, Jamaica. The research involves questions about contemporary masculinities and overlapping issues of social and economic disparities.
