The Seminar/workshop is organised by The Latin American and Caribbean Institute for Economic and Social Planning (ILPES) together with the Technical University of Federico Santa María and aim to introduce good practices that have been carried out in different institutions in the area of digital development, open government, citizen participation, transparence and technological innovations. It also aims to create a forum for debate with the objective of exchanging experiences regarding the implementation and execution of Digital Government.
