The European Commission and the Ibero-American General Secretariat are organising a seminar with the title “Urban Culture For Social Inclusion In Latin America”.
Latin America, as the most urbanised region in the world, is facing a situation of segregation and social exclusion so that it is crucial to find solutions. The conference will address the importance of culture and creativity for an urban planning that has an inclusive function. Political leaders, urban planners, artists, representatives from the private society as well as local communities and civil society organisations from Latin American and European states will be participating.
