The EU-LAC Foundation and the GIGA German Institute of Global and Area Studies are co-organising a one and a half-day seminar entitled
New Grounds for the Relations between the EU, Latin America and the Caribbean – Towards a Relevant Partnership
The seminar will involve high-level experts from the academic, diplomatic, and business sectors and will seek to identify both challenges and opportunities that result from the current global situation as well as the circumstances of both regions. This way, the seminar will develop elements that contribute to a new basis of the bi-regional relationship, in an effort that seeks to be just the beginning of a continuous analytical and reflective process in this area.
