The EU-LAC Foundation, in association with the Fundación Observatorio Pyme, organise on 30 September 2015 in Madrid, a technical seminar in the framework of the project MIALC (Industrial Maps of Latin America and the Caribbean).
The seminar seeks the exchange of results achieved to the date between those who have participated in the creation of the pilot interactive online map of 9 countries, and to identify the potential uses of this instrument and which developments could be foreseen or desirable.
MIALC is developed in the framework of the Foundation's line of activities which supports the competitive development of territories in Latin America, the Caribbean and the EU through the lenses of the strengthen or creation of bi-regional value-chains.
The project has received financial support from different sources, amongst them the Government of Spain through the Secretariat of State for International and Ibero-American Cooperation.
The seminar will be held in the Office of the Inter-American Development Bank.
