Report: Seminar “International Cultural Cooperation in the face of a changed scenario: constructing a shared agenda between Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union”.

On December 4 and 5, the seminar "International Cultural Cooperation in the face of a changing scenario: constructing a common agenda between Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union" took place. The event was held at the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City and was organised by the EU-LAC Foundation and the National Institute of Fine Arts.

The seminar was attended by people from different backgrounds and professional profiles, with special attention to representativeness of geographical, gender and generational sub-regions. The event arose from the need to update the concepts, cooperation and strategies of cultural relations between Latin America and the Caribbean and the European Union, as discussed at the EU-CELAC Summit.
