The Social Sciences Research Centre dedicated to international studies (CERI) of Sciences Po is organizing the conference “Regional integration and energy challenges. A comparison Europe, South America and Southeast Asia”. The event will take place on 31 May 2013 in Paris.
International academic and professional experts, coming from the three regions, will discuss, among other topics, regional integration and energy and infrastructure strategies. In particular, they will discuss the ambitions of development and regional integration in the long term, as well as energy transition and regional integration within the diverse paths of growth the countries are following. Furthermore, they will speak about energy transitions and equity, with the focus on EU governance of the energy mix and the challenges of energy efficiency and equity in South America.
