The study of the EU-LAC Foundation "Institutional and Normative Basis for the Construction of the European, Latin American and Caribbean Space of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation" by FLACSO Spain and the Institute of Iberoamerica of the University of Salamanca, will be presented at the University of El Salvador on the 29th of June at 3 PM. This study was carried out within the framework of the cooperation between the Foundation and FLACSO and was funded by the Spanish Foreign an Cooperation Ministry.
