The Preparatory Seminar of the III Academic Summit European Union-Latin America & Caribbean (EU-CELAC) is organised the 6th and 7th October, with the mission to advance in the implementation of the Euro-Latin American and Caribbean Common Area for Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.
This Seminar is organised by European Institute of International Studies, in partnership with the Executive Secretariat of the EU-CELAC Permanent Academic Forum and the EU-LAC Foundation and also with the collaboration of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden and the Stockholm University.
The conference is open to university authorities, academics, university teachers, researchers, college graduates, members of research centers and institutes and higher education studies in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
