Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM)

PISM is a Polish public analytical institution established in 1996. Its main goal is to foster knowledge about the contemporary international affairs. PISM maintains contact with academic, think-tank and political partners in Poland and abroad. It organizes expert events, as well as it publishes books, periodicals and documents on Polish foreign policy and international topics.  It also manages a specialized public library (with +165,000 books and journals) and offers courses for public servants, whose tasks are linked to international relations and Polish foreign policy.
