The University of Oxford, together with the Blavatnik School of Government, organise a talk with Mr. Sergio Jaramillo Caro (High Commisioner for Peace and main negotiator at the Havana Peace Negotiations between the FARC-EP and the Colombian Government). Mr Jaramillo Caro will give a first-hand account of the negotiation and will reflect on the dilemmas of peacemaking and peace building in the Colombian context. Professor Leigh Payne (Director of Latin American Centre) and Professor Monica Duffy Toft (Government and Public Policy) will be joining the discussion.
