Latin American and Caribbean Fall Festival
Musical presentation "Signs, 100 years of Mario Benedetti", by Silvana Marrero and Carlos Darakjian
The EU-LAC Foundation is honoured to coordinate the Latin American Fall again this year. In this framework, the Consulate General of the Republic of Uruguay in Hamburg is pleased to present "Signs, 100 years of Mario Benedetti", a musical presentation by Silvana Marrero and Carlos Darakjian. The singer Silvana Marrero and the singer, composer and pianist Carlos Darakjian performed at the Solís Theatre in Montevideo on 25 September 2020, to celebrate the centenary of the Uruguayan poet Mario Benedetti with their musicals. "Señales" was an album recorded in 2018 and is also the name of this show that has since travelled to more than 40 cities in Latin America and Europe. The presentation is available here.

Mexiko Strasse, the Honorary Consulate of Mexico in Hamburg and the Kulturinstitut von Mexiko in Deutschland are pleased to present the video "El taco con Miguel", a virtual Mexican cooking class with Miguel Zaldivar, Mexican chef and owner of the restaurant Mexiko Strasse. Pre-recorded concerts of the Costa Rican Symphony Orchestra
The Embassy of Costa Rica in Germany is pleased to present ten pre-recorded concerts of the National Symphony Orchestra of Costa Rica. As part of the celebration of its 80th anniversary, the National Symphony Orchestra of Costa Rica (OSN) has recorded from 28/08/2020 ten virtual concerts, which have been published on the website of the Ministry of Culture and Youth of Costa Rica, which have been advertised through its social networks.
