Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI)

It is the French ministry that implements the government's policy on access to knowledge for all and the development of higher education. The priorities of the Ministry are: (1) to improve student success and promote equal opportunities; (2) to coordinate the training offer of French higher education; (3) to set the priority axes for the advancement of knowledge and technology; (4) as well as the strategy of public research and innovation.

The Ministry also advocates for the transformation and opening up to all forms of teaching and research, to the socio-economic environment and to the international scene.
