In a meeting with Olivier Dabène, President of the Political Observatory of #LatinAmerica and the #Caribbean of Sciences Po, we discussed the importance of #multilateralism and the formation of #EULAC alliances in the achievement of the #ParisAgreement on #climatechange. We also discussed possible cooperation initiatives between both entities, especially in relation with the identification of academic networks and their potential for strengthening the visibility of the strategic partnership between the #EuropeanUnion, #LatinAmerica and the #Caribbean.
