We had an excellent meeting with Mario Pezzini and Luis Padilla of the OECD Development Centre, whereby we explored initiatives to strengthen and make more visible the European Union-Latin America and the Caribbean strategic partnership and discussed opportunities to institutionalise cooperation between both entities.
