Our Director Adrián Bonilla had a meeting with Hilde Hardeman, Director of the Foreign Policy Instruments at the European External Action Service - EEAS European Commission. There was consensus on the importance of EU-LAC bi-regional relations and on working together to promote them in the face of new challenges.
