Today, Dr Adrián Bonilla, Executive Director of the International EU-LAC Foundation, met with the Director of the International Human Rights Network in Europe, Elektra Lagos.
Both exchanged ideas on the dialogue with institutions of the European Union and the United Nations system on human rights issues.
