During the meeting of the EU-LAC Foundation's President Leire Pajín and the Foundation’s Director, Dr Adrián Bonilla with ECLAC’s Deputy Executive Secretary Mario Cimoli, various possibilities for cooperation between the organizations were discussed. Financing for development, economic recovery and gender equality were just some of the topics that the organizations will address this year to promote the debate. The participants agreed that an exchange of positive experiences and knowledge between Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean, especially in relation to the management of the Pandemic, is indispensable and would contribute to better connectivity between the countries of the two regions.
