On 20 September, a meeting took place between the Representative for Europe of the Development Bank of Latin America and the EU-LAC Foundation in Madrid, Ambassador José García Belaúnde, and on behalf of the EU-LAC Foundation, the Executive Director of the Foundation, Dr. Adrián Bonilla.
This meeting was held in the context of the EU-LAC Foundation's working mission to Spain during the last week of September.
