The Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania opened its front doors to the visitors and innovations in 2016. Here you can explore the new spaces of the National Library, which were designed for creativity and learning as well as leisure and work. The National Library is open to all visitors from Lithuania and without any restrictions. The priority is meeting the users’ educational and cultural needs.

The National Library provides access to collections of books; periodicals; serial and information publications; manuscripts; microforms; video and audio documents; old and rare printings; compact discs; and documents of Lithuanian, foreign and international organisations. The Library offers exhibitions and other cultural events that are open for visitors.
