Latin America and Europe and the Technological Disruption: a new era of policies and institutions for MSMEs

CEPAL and the EU organise this seminar in Mexico City with the aim of creating a space for public-private dialogue on how to tackle the challenges that the technological revolution poses to Latin American micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The digital revolution radically changes productive processes as well as consumption patterns, forcing companies to change and redefine their competitive strategies and business models, as well as governments to update their policies.

This event offers the possibility to reflect on the role of MSMEs in this context, encouraging their incorporation into the digital world in order to create more dynamic and receptive productive systems for the incorporation of new knowledge.
