LAC Ambassadors Meeting in Berlin (Mexican Embassy Headquarters - PPT CELAC)

This morning a meeting took place between the group of LAC Ambassadors based in Berlin, presided over by the Ambassador of Mexico, Rogelio Granguillhome, who is the coordinator of GRULAC and the Pro Tempore Presidency of CELAC, and our Director Adrián Bonilla, to present the strategic vision that will characterise the work of the Foundation during the coming years, in which the visibility of the strategic partnership between both regions is fundamental.

During the meeting, Director Bonilla raised the importance of promoting the visibility of the strategic partnership between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean, through various joint initiatives in the areas of higher education, climate change, culture, among others.

Likewise, the Ambassadors present expressed their interest in working more closely with the Foundation in order to promote new spaces for political dialogue with the European Union and its Member States, within the framework of the German Presidency of the European Council.
