The Director of the EU-LAC International Foundation, Dr Adrián Bonilla, gave a lecture on 29 April 2021 to students of the Diplomatic Academy of Peru "Javier Pérez de Cuéllar", in the presence of the Director of the Academy, Ambassador Gustavo Meza-Cuadra, as well as Ambassador Gonzalo Gutiérrez, Head of Mission of Peru to the European Union.
The talk addressed the relationship between Latin America and the Caribbean and the European Union based on common interests at the bi-regional level, as well as the role of the EU-LAC Foundation in the strategic partnership between the two regions, its mandate and priority lines of action.
In this way, the EU-LAC Foundation and the Diplomatic Academy of Peru "Javier Pérez de Cuéllar" reinforce their close collaboration, which received a significant boost last September 2020 with the signing of a cooperation agreement between both entities, which also allowed a student of the Diplomatic Academy to carry out an internship at the Foundation.
