International seminar "Development Co-operation, Higher Education & Climate Change Technology Transfer “

On 4 November 2013, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, with the support of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, organizes the International seminar "Development Co-operation, Higher Education & Climate Change Technology Transfer“.

The EU project CELA presents in its final conference (held in English) the result of 3 years of successful collaboration between two European and four Latin American countries in the field of climate change technology transfer by means of innovative university cooperation.

Besides key note lectures by the EU Commission, UNESCO and the European Union-Latin America Caribbean Foundation, the CELA project partners will present the results and outputs of the climate technology transfer project, for example, the successful quadruple helix approach which fostered the cooperation between universities, businesses, government and civil society.
