The international meeting "Strategic Triangle", organised by the Institute for the Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (IPDAL), will take place on November 16, 2017 at the Real Instituto Elcano, a Spanish think thank that co-organises the event.
Partners, authorities, specialists, businessmen and event participants will have the opportunity to discuss the issues addressed during the VI Strategic Triangle Meeting: Latin America-Europe-Africa held in Lisbon, in April 2017. In addition, the policy paper based on the VI Meeting will be presented.
