Hugo Martínez is the Foreign Minister of El Salvador, Pro Tempore Presidency of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
El Salvador has approximately 3 million of its citizens residing abroad. Against this background, the Government of El Salvador has set in place various positive measures concerning the protection and development of the migrant with the aim of promoting full citizenship from abroad and effective integration with national processes.
