The European Union- Latin America and Caribbean Foundation (EU-LAC Foundation), with the support of the Senate of the City of Hamburg and the German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA), have the honour to invite you to the Inauguration of the Latin American and Caribbean Fall Festival and to the Opening Ceremony of the Seminar "Forging Bonds with Emigrants: Challenges for Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean"
