The University of León (Spain) organizes the II International Congress of young researchers. Hispanic World: culture, art and society. This conference is a complementary part of the doctoral program "Mundo Hispánico: raíces, desarrollo y proyección" that is supported by the Instituto LOU de Humanismo y Tradición Clásica (IHTC), and the Instituto de Estudios Medievales (IEM). The conference is intended to present innovative contributions and critical analysis on the following themes: 1) The Hispanic world and its sources (manuscripts, documentary, epigraphic, etc.); 2) Society, religion and Hispanic monarchy; 3) Creation and artistic patronage in the Hispanic world; and 4) the Hispanic world and its textual manifestations in oral and written speeches.
