The "II Congress of Political Sciences and International Relations", organised by the Interinstitutional Network of Political Science and International Relations (CIPRI), will take place in Quito, Ecuador from November 21 to 23, 2017.
"Global & Regional Scenario: A look from the South" is the central theme of the congress that will address issues related to Political Science, International Relations, as well as interdisciplinary topics. Some of the subjects that will be debated are Democracy, State and Society; Governance and Globalization; Human mobility; Security; and Human Rights
