The Peruvian Nacional Council for Science, Technology and Technological Innovation (CONCYTEC) promotes this seminar with the view to encourage actions on science, technology and innovation. Horizon 2020 is an EU programme for research, technological development and innovation, through which Latin American and European researchers can exchange knowledge, technological development and innovation.
