The conference "The future is today: EU and the Americas facing a unique opportunity", organized by the Euroamerica Foundation in collaboration with the European Parliament and the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly (EuroLat), will take place on November 6, 2017 at the European Parliament, Brussels, Belgium.
The event will discuss issues related to sustainable development, human rights, creation of the Common Research Area and strengthening trade between the European Union and the Americas.
In order to attend the conference, which is free, it is necessary to register online. The event will feature representatives of the European Commission, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) as well as representatives of bi-regional associations.
