The United Nations Economic Commision for Latin America and the Caribbean; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dominican Republic; and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of the Dominican Republic organise the Fourth Meeting of the Negotiating Committee of the Regional Agreement about the Access of Information, Public Participation and Access to Justice in Latin America and the Caribbean (Principle 10). Following the negotiations of the substantive content, a fourth meeting will be held the 9 and 12 of August 2016.
