The Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) is hosting a seminar entitled "Forum UAL - IPDAL América Latina: a União Europeia e a América Latina" on 11 October. Among other issues, the relations between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as China's growing presence in Latin America and the role of the US in the region will be discussed.
