FLACSO and ISA organise a three-day conference that seeks to improve the understanding of global and regional reconfigurations of power across several dimensions. Some of the questions that will be disscussed: Does the rise of emerging powers translate into global structural changes? Is there a new emerging regional architecture of world politics? What are the changes and continuities?
In the conference, the EU - LAC Foundation is organising the planel: "Powers in a Multipolar World or Partners in the Global Gobernance" that will analyse the capacity of Latin America, the Caribbean and the European Union to influence the rules, institutions and structures that constitute the international system.
