The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in cooperation with the government of Mexico organize the Fifth Ministerial Conference on the Information Society in Latin America and the Caribbean, taking place on August 5-7 2015 in Mexico City. A new digital agenda (eLAC2018) will be discussed alongside with issues such as infrastructure, digital economy, e-Government, governance of the Internet among others.
