As part of the joint year of culture between Germany and Mexico, Berliner Festspiele/Martin-Gropius-Bau organises an exhibition on artistic forms of expression of the pre-Hispanic Maya titled “The Maya – Language of Beauty”. On display are around 300 pieces of art, which include some of Mexico’s most precious cultural assets.
The exhibition will be presented at the Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin from April 12th to August 7th 2016.
