In the migration and mobility fields, the European Union has implemented important changes during the last years, among them there are the EU-CELAC Structured and Comprehensive Dialogue on Bi-regional Migration. To take a step forward, it is necessary to continue strengthening the commitment through multilateral fora. The bi-regional dialogue needs to be implemented together with a set of global policies in order to achieve an UN Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. Read paper
