Dr. Leonel Fernández, ex-president of the Dominican Republic and current President of the EU-LAC Foundation (European Union – Latin America and Caribbean) will analyse the ongoing situation and the perspectives of birregional relations.
The conference will take place at the Ibero Amerikanisches Institut in Berlin, and will be moderated by its Director, Dr. Barbara Göbel.
