This meeting will allow representatives of organised civil society bodies from the EU, such as the EESC, and the LAC countries to gather in order to exchange views on the Summit's topics. The Forum also offers the opportunity to ensure increased impact of the LAC bodies in the subregional integration processes in Latin America and the Caribbean. The final declaration of the meeting will constitute an input for the Santiago de Chile Summit.
