The study "The Caribbean in the European Union - Community of Latin American and Caribbean States Partnership" , together with the publication "Food Security in the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean: The Cases of Cuba and Spain" will be launched on the 15th February , in the Hispano-American Cultural Centre  (Centro Cultural Hispano-Americano) in Havana (Cuba), at 14:30 pm
